I give Gus & Sam’s Pet Supplies LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, crop, format, publish, display, and distribute the Content I submit for marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes.

This may include use on Gus & Sam’s websites and social media accounts, online marketplaces and retail platforms, including Amazon and TikTok Shop, email marketing, digital and print advertising, packaging, promotional materials, and other Gus & Sam’s communications.

I understand that Gus & Sam’s may edit or format my Content for length, size, appearance, or clarity, provided that the meaning of any testimonial or statement attributed to me is not materially changed.

I confirm that I own the Content I submit or otherwise have the right to authorize its use. If another identifiable person appears in the Content, I confirm that I have their permission to submit it. I will not submit identifiable images of minors unless I am their parent or legal guardian and authorize their use.

I retain ownership of my original Content and grant Gus & Sam’s Pet Supplies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Content for the purposes described above. This license permits Gus & Sam’s to continue using materials already created, published, distributed, or committed to production using my Content. Nothing in this release limits any privacy or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Gus & Sam’s may identify my dog by first name and may use information I voluntarily provide about my dog, including breed, age, location, personality, and chewing habits.

Gus & Sam’s will not publish my full name, email address, telephone number, or street address with the Content without additional permission.

Any testimonial, review, or statement I submit reflects my honest opinion and my actual experience or my dog’s actual experience with the product.

If I received a complimentary product, I understand that receiving the product does not require me to provide a positive review, testimonial, or endorsement.

This release supplements the Gus & Sam’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If this release conflicts with the general User Content provisions of the Terms & Conditions regarding Content submitted for marketing, promotional, advertising, or commercial use, this release controls.

I understand that I will not receive royalties or other monetary compensation for Gus & Sam’s authorized use of my Content unless separately agreed to in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, I release Gus & Sam’s Pet Supplies from claims arising from the authorized use of my Content in accordance with this release.
